Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 
Miamia and Co. will accept returns or exchange for purchased full price items within 14 days of receiving date.
All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition.
International sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

Miamia and Co. will not refund international duties and taxes.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Miamia and Co. is not able to alter or cancel orders after they have been placed. Refused packages are not considered a return and will not be accepted.

MAKING A RETURN
Please CONTACT US with "Return Request" and include Your Order Number and your Last and First name.
Also the name of the product you'd like to return, the size and color of the item and the reason for making a return (we love hearing all your feedback).

- Miamia and Co. accepts returns on Full price items, shipped within the United States only.
- We DO NOT accept returns for items shipped internationally.

- Buyer are responsible for both delivery and return shipping charges.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Miamia and Co. do not responsible for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

- Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- All sale items, pre-orders, custom orders are FINAL SALE and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
