Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
Miamia and Co. business hours are 9am to 6pm PDT Monday to Friday. We do not ship during weekends and holidays. If an order is placed on Friday after 3pm PDT, the order will be processed the following Monday in order it was received.

Priority Shipping (excludes International, Alaska and Hawaii)- $20.00 | Processing - 1 business day | Delivery- 3 to 4 business days
Expedited Shipping (excludes International, Alaska and Hawaii) -$36 | Processing - 1 business day | Delivery - 2 to 3 business days
Express Shipping (excludes International, Alaska and Hawaii)- $80 | Processing - 1 business day | Delivery - 1 to 2 business days
* Processing and Delivery time on the chart is an estimate. On occasion, orders might ship or be delivered outside the timeframe. During the holiday season, sale events, or inclement weather, please allow extra days for processing and shipping. Orders must be placed before 3pm for priority, expedited, and express shipping options to arrive in the timeframe.
Order Confirmation and Status
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. Tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the order shipment.
If you do not receive a shipment confirmation email from us, please check your junk email folder and see if you have provided the correct email address upon checkout. You are always welcome to contact us at info@miamiaandco.com should you have any questions.
Shipping Address Policy
If there is a mistake in your delivery address, please send us an email to info@miamiaandco.com as soon as possible. If our warehouse has not started processing the order yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If your order is already processed or in transit, you are welcome to adjust the delivery address via tracking link provided.
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be refunded to your original payment method minus any original shipping costs. You will need to place a new order for the items. Please contact info@miamiaandco.com for any further questions.
Missing Package or Item
Please contact info@miamiaandco.com with your order number. You must contact us within 30 days of your missing package or your claim will be denied. We will start a claim on your package to reimburse you for your order. The total process time can take up to 30 days.
If an item is missing, please email us a photo of your packaging slip within 14-days at info@miamiaandco.com. We will either send a refund for the missing items or a replacement.
